Saturday December 18th, Penny-Ante will be curating a small print library for the opening of Big Deal Tiny Creatures, a group art show curated by Tiny Creatures founder, Janet Kim. The for-sale handpicked selection will include titles from international & university presses, signed editions, art catalogues, zines & other… on time for the gifting season. The opening will be held at DIY Gallery (1549 Sunset Blvd.) in Echo Park and will feature live performances by Clouds, Embarrassing Powers, Mecca Vazie Andrews, & Geneva Jacuzzi – with the addition of deejay Don Bolles. Doors are at 6:00pm and the event is free to the public before 9pm, $5 after.
